MEET TEREZ DAVIS
A native of Sunny Nassau, Bahamas and the youngest daughter of Bishop Ross Davis and First lady Althea Davis, Lynn Terez from an early age has shown an exceptional and unusual love for the Arts. Born July 27th, 1974 she grew up in a home filled with music as both her mother and brother were pianist. Lynn graduated from the College of The Bahamas with an Associates of Arts degree in Primary Education, and then decided to take a leap of faith and study Theatre. She enrolled at Morgan State University, Baltimore Maryland as a Theatre Arts major with a concentration in Acting in the fall of 1997 and received a B.A. Degree from the university in May 2000. Lynn Terez received both the WATERS E. TURPIN AWARD for Academic Excellence and The R. ADRIENNE BRITT AWARD for Theatrical Performance 1999-2000 from Morgan State University.

On returning home, this young Bahamian was very unsure of "what would become" of her career because acting as a profession in the Bahamas was almost non existent. However she came and shared her vision with Bahamian Cultural Icon, Mrs. Kayla Lockhart Edwards of Arts International, (now deseased) who saw her potential and agreed to direct and produce Davis' debut One Woman Show in September of 2000. From that first encounter until the last Mrs. Edwards nurtured and guided this novice actress and helped her to become what she is today. Terez considers Mrs. Edwards her mentor and continues to strive in following her example of excellence. To date, Davis has written 5 full length comedies; Daisy's Take A Dip, B. 4. U. Sip, Daisy's Conch Salad Christmas, One Stormy Night with Daisy, Daisy's Ka-Punkle-Up Vacation and the newest comedy and third DVD recording Judge Daisy. In addition to her writing and acting gifts she has scripted and directed three Bahamian plays; "My Baby Cried" by Dr. Barbra F. Brennen-Williams, "Jesus' Appeal" by Bishop Arnold E. Josey and Be True (music and lyrics by Vision)

As an actress Terez has been privileged to be under directorate of Dr. Keith Wisdom, director, producer, writer extraordinaire. Dr. Wisdom is original director for both of Terez shows featured on DVD. An international minister, Daisy as she is affectionately called, has travelled as far as India and Canada and as close as the USA (Detroit, North Carolina, Washington D. C. and Miami) and the Caribbean ( Antigua, Trinidad & Turks and Caicos Islands) ministering the gospel through comedy and drama. With great anticipation and confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ, she stands prepared to fulfill divine purpose as she leaves an indelible impression on the people of the Bahamas and indeed the World.
